# Terms of Service, Berth

A summary is below. Your use of the Berth software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

## Editions

Berth offers a free Community edition (up to 10 nodes) and an Enterprise edition (node allowance agreed for your deployment) available under a custom agreement. Community license keys are issued for a fixed term and renew when you sign in.

## Enterprise

Enterprise entitlements, support, and terms are set out in a separate written agreement. [Contact us](https://berth.agrohi.com/contact/) to discuss Enterprise.

## Acceptable use

You may not circumvent license enforcement, share or resell keys, or offer Berth as a competing hosted service.
