Self-hosted by design

Berth runs inside your own infrastructure and connects to your cluster with credentials you provide. The dashboard does not upload workload manifests, logs or cluster credentials to a Berth-hosted inference service. License keys are verified offline.

What this website processes

When you create an account, we process your email address (and the public profile your OAuth provider returns) to issue and manage your license key and to provide support. We do not take payment details on this site, and we do not sell personal data.

Sessions and contact forms

We use signed cookies to keep you signed in and check session versions in our account database so sessions can be revoked. Contact submissions include your name, email and message. To limit abuse, the contact service stores short-lived counters derived from your IP address using a keyed hash.

AI providers

When you enable AI, your configured model endpoint receives conversation, cluster context and tool results. These may contain sensitive information. Raw logs and descriptions are opt-in. Review the AI data boundaries and your provider’s policies before enabling cloud inference.

Telemetry

The software may send an optional, anonymous usage ping (install ID, version, tier, node count) which you can disable. It does not include workload manifests or logs.
